Transgender Day of Remembrance observance 11/20

Every year on November 20, people all over the world gather to honor the members of our trans family who have died during the year, especially as a result of anti-trans oppression and violence.

The program will center the voices of trans people in our community, including Rev. Carmarion D. Anderson-Harvey of Human Rights Campaign. Several inclusive religious communities will be represented. It will be a time of reverence and recognition, as well as celebration and affirmation.

Join us for personal stories, testimony, music, ritual, and encouragement in community. Everyone is welcome. In the sanctuary of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Montgomery.
