Celebrating 10 Years!

Since it’s founding, Montgomery Pride United became a grassroots organization that was founded to bring LGBTQ+ people in central Alabama together. Throughout it’s ten years, we’ve grown from a weekly gathering to a community center with accompanied thrift store that has sustained many marginalized groups through times where the Alabama legislature has tried to erase LGBTQ+ communities. We were proud to keep serving our community digitally (and through a drop-off window with supplies) during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thank you for standing with us for the past 10 years. We can’t wait to continue doing more!
