The Tread Red Walk & Run is an annual friend and fund-raising event. By bringing the community together, Tread Red plays a role in larger efforts to remove the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS, Hep C and other life-threatening illnesses. Event proceeds benefit Medical Advocacy and Outreach (MAO), which provides community prevention education as well as quality clinical and social services to nearly 2,000 spanning 28 Alabama counties.
